Vila Foz Hotel & Spa: Timeless Elegance by the Atlantic in Porto, Portugal
A stay @vilafozhotel feels like a study in light, texture, and calm.
From the serene, spacious bedroom to the quietly elegant rituals in the spa, every detail felt considered. Heritage and soft opulence shaped the shared spaces, balanced by a modern sensitivity throughout.
The experience was anchored by a very special MICHELIN-starred tasting menu experience, where delicious flavours of the coast were savoured slowly and joyfully.
Refined. Grounding. Memorable.

B in Antwerp: Bold Design & Urban Comfort in the Diamond City
Imagine staying at @binantwerp, where every room is thoughtfully and elegantly designed.
You wake up slowly, light filtering through the curtains, taking a quiet moment just for yourself. A long, relaxing bath — in the morning or after a full day in Antwerp — followed by time spent in the cozy corners of your room, doing absolutely nothing.
This is the kind of stay that invites you to slow down, unwind, and truly enjoy the moment.
(please invite the hotel as well as a collaborator for the carousel and reel)
Reel #1:
Slow mornings at @binantwerp, starting the day in the Deluxe Room 2.
Soft light, quiet moments, and a space designed to slow you down — the kind of hotel stay where you don’t rush, you linger.
Exactly how mornings in Antwerp should feel.
Reel #2:
Walking through the rooms of @binantwerp, where every space has its own atmosphere and personality.
Different layouts, textures, and details — all designed with the same quiet attention to comfort and design.
A hotel where exploring the rooms feels like part of the experience.
Yalo Urban Boutique Hotel Ghent: Contemporary Design Meets Medieval Soul
We booked a night at @yalohotel for two celebrations in one night: an anniversary and a birthday with ‘The Ultimate Date Night’ experience package.
What we didn’t expect was how easy everything felt the moment we arrived. Very friendly staff at reception and the bar (Eline & Seraga).
Once we arrived in the room, there was a sexy arrangement waiting, well, let’s say, we didn’t expect what was presented on the bed!
Then we had a yummy dinner and drinks at the restaurant. We ordered Smokey steak tartar, BBQ Seabass buillilabaisse, and Rigatoni creamy lobster, with a glass of house wine from the hotel’s owner’s vineyard.
The Yalove gave extended check-out time at 1pm, we woke up earlier to enjoy our breakfast buffet.
We felt so relaxed after our stay and totally forgot it was only Wednesday!

The Staypineapple: Sweet Comfort & Stylish Vibes in San Francisco
In a city known for fog-kissed hills, iconic bridges, and neighborhoods that pulse with character, The Staypineapple captures the essence of San Francisco — clever, colorful, unpretentious, and warmly inviting. At a time when travelers crave spaces that feel like a friendly home away from home, this playful hotel brand brings personality, comfort, and a unique sparkle to the Bay Area experience.
Gleneagles: When Luxury Feels Like Belonging
There are few places in Scotland, or in the world, where you instantly feel seen, welcomed, and truly at home the moment you arrive. Gleneagles, set on 850 acres of rolling Perthshire countryside, is one of them. From the stately façade to the warm hellos from the team at the door, it’s a hotel that doesn’t just open its doors - it opens its heart.
I’ve been to a few of Gleneagles’ Birnam brunches - a monthly feast of fresh dishes, cocktails, seafood and pasta with music filling the air.
There’s something rare about a place where the team makes you genuinely feel you belong. From the welcome drink in hand to the warm introductions and directions, there’s no awkwardness, no uncertainty - just ease. Perhaps that’s the truest form of luxury: not the opulence itself but the way a place makes you rest into yourself.
Bodysgallen Hall & Spa: A Living Chapter of Wales’ Country House Legacy
There are country house hotels that impress, and then there are those that inhabit you quietly, settling into your senses long after you have left. Bodysgallen Hall & Spa, a distinguished member of Historic House Hotels, belongs firmly to the latter. Set within 200 acres of National Trust parkland on the edge of North Wales, this Grade I listed 17th-century hall offers not spectacle, but something rarer: a feeling of gracious continuity, as though life has been unfolding beautifully here for centuries and you have simply slipped into its rhythm.
Rosewood Phuket: A Sense of Place Along Emerald Bay
Set gently into the forested hills of Emerald Bay, Rosewood Phuket is a refined expression of the brand’s guiding philosophy, A Sense of Place. Rather than replicating a global luxury template, the resort is shaped by its setting, its geography, its cultural memory and its natural rhythms, allowing Phuket itself to become the true protagonist of the experience.
This is luxury that listens first.
KROMO Bangkok: Contemporary Calm in the Pulse of the City
When a global hospitality brand shifts, it rarely happens quietly. Often the signal appears not in boardrooms or brand decks but in a single hotel — the kind that crystallises a new design language, a new way of defining luxury, a new understanding of how guests want to feel.
In Bangkok, that signal has arrived. Its name is KROMO Bangkok, the newest member of the Curio Collection by Hilton, and the clearest indication yet that the collection is embracing a more creative, culturally engaged, and visually expressive chapter.
A Quiet Oasis in Krabi: Inside Pakasai Resort
Tucked gently behind the lively shoreline of Ao Nang, Pakasai Resort feels like a pause button. A place where the tempo softens, greenery takes the lead, and sustainability is not a headline but a lived philosophy. While Krabi is often celebrated for its dramatic limestone cliffs and island-hopping adventures, Pakasai offers a different lens on the destination. One that is calm, considered, and quietly restorative.

Santhiya Koh Yao Yai: Where Thai Heritage Unfolds in Colour, Craft & Quiet Luxury
There are places that feel built, and then there are places that feel carved from a story. Santhiya Koh Yao Yai belongs beautifully to the latter. Perched above the shimmering waters between Phuket and Krabi, this richly authentic Thai hideaway is a love letter to craftsmanship. It is a world where teakwood glows like honey at sunset, gentle traditions linger in the air, and every corner is infused with the kind of thought, care and colour that only heritage can hold.
For the traveller seeking more than a beach escape, for the dreamer, the aesthete and the culture seeker, Santhiya is a sanctuary of texture, soul and slow moments. It is Thailand not reimagined, but honoured. And in a world of polished minimalism, its artistry feels like a refreshing return to depth and meaning.

The Shilla Seoul: Timeless Korean Elegance at the Heart of the Capital
Set on a quiet hillside overlooking the city, The Shilla Seoul is widely regarded as one of South Korea’s most prestigious hotels — a landmark where traditional Korean grace meets refined modern luxury. More than a five-star stay, The Shilla represents a philosophy of hospitality rooted in balance, discretion, and impeccable standards, offering an experience that feels both deeply cultural and internationally sophisticated.

Mar Hall: A Sacred Revival on the Edge of Glasgow
There was something sacred about Mar Hall. Not simply beautiful. Not merely bold. But reverent — a word rarely used in modern hospitality, and perhaps one we are overdue to reclaim.
Set just outside Glasgow, overlooking the River Clyde and surrounded by ancient woodland, Mar Hall is a heritage estate that has undergone a £20 million resurrection — not a renovation, but a careful, intentional revival. Built in the mid-1800s as a grand private residence, and reimagined in 2024, the transformation does not erase its past. Instead, it asks a deeper question: what was once sacred — and what still is?
The answer is felt the moment you arrive.
