Lesante has built its reputation around personalized service and authentic experiences, something that became clear from the very first day.

The soft white tones and natural material of the modern chic interior and exterior combine beautifully with the tropical plants and palm trees, the delicate white and lilac flowers, the turquoise water of the swimming pool and the sparkling blue Pacific Ocean. In my turquoise bikini, I’m sitting on one of the comfy daybeds next to the lazy pool, looking around in this little piece of paradise and I’m feeling all the butterflies. A soft ocean breeze, the turquoise ocean, the sun shimmering through the tropical leaves... Nani kēia lā, are lovely words from the Hawaiian language that may describe these sweet moments of daily luxury, this day is beautiful.

There are holidays where you come home needing another holiday.

And then there are holidays like this. The kind where, within twenty-four hours, everyone has found their rhythm. Everyone is happy. Breakfast somehow lasts longer. You stop checking the time. You breathe differently.

That was our experience at Iberostar Kantaoui Bay @kantaoui_bay_hotel

in Tunisia.

As a family of five, space is everything. The rooms were genuinely enormous, giving us room to spread out rather than feeling like we were living on top of one another.

The beach sits right on the hotel's doorstep, the sea was beautifully calm, and even in January we spent our days outside. When we fancied a change, the indoor pool was peaceful, warm and every bit as inviting.

The food was brilliant too. One of those rare all-inclusive hotels where everyone found something they genuinely looked forward to eating.

But what stayed with me wasn't the food or the facilities.

It was the feeling. The way the hotel seemed to ask less of us.

As mothers, we often spend holidays carrying exactly the same invisible mental load we carry at home, just in a different location.

The very best family hotels don't simply entertain children. They create an environment where parents can finally exhale too. That's what Iberostar Kantaoui Bay did for us.

And perhaps the biggest compliment I can give it? Every time we've mentioned booking another holiday since, one of the children has asked, "Can we go back to Tunisia?"

Hotel Indigo Kuala Lumpur on the Park is deeply connected to the story of Bukit Nanas, one of the city's most fascinating neighbourhoods.

There is a particular kind of Amalfi Coast fantasy that has little to do with checking into a conventional hotel.

It's finding an old stone house above the sea, wandering through a garden filled with lemon and olive trees, taking your breakfast slowly, and spending the afternoon with nowhere you need to be.

That is the feeling at Ma' C'a Casa Privata, also known as Ca' P'a Casa Privata.

The property sits in Praiano, between Positano and Amalfi, in a former fisherman's ruin that was carefully restored into a remarkably intimate retreat. There are only seven rooms, spread across the main villa and a separate garden suite, so the experience feels much closer to staying in a private coastal home than a traditional hotel.

The setting does much of the work. The house sits above a private stretch of rocky shoreline, while more than 5,000 square metres of gardens descend toward the Mediterranean. There are lawns, organic fruit and vegetable gardens, a pool, terraces, and secluded places to sit with a book or a glass of wine.

It is the sort of place where the view becomes part of your daily routine.

What makes @alpinaalpendorf so unique is not only its location directly beside the gondola in Alpendorf, but also the history behind it. The Schwarz family, now already leading the hotel in the third generation, played an important role in shaping tourism in the region and significantly contributed to the development of skiing tourism and the gondola infrastructure in St. Johann im Pongau. You can truly feel this deep connection to the mountains throughout the entire experience.

One of our absolute highlights: the stunning sky pool and swimming area, already open from 8 AM in the morning and even available for late night wellness until 9:30 PM. Watching the sunset over the mountains from the warm water was simply unforgettable.

The culinary experience perfectly completes the stay: a rich breakfast buffet in the morning, delicious afternoon cake, and an elegant five-course dinner in the evening.

Families will absolutely love this place. From spacious family rooms and dedicated children’s and youth areas to the huge outdoor playground directly below the hotel — everything is designed with families in mind.
